Eva Bucuresteanu

Munisch BUCUREŞTEANU married Chave "Eva", possibly HECHTER, and had at least seven children in Brăila, Romania: Rebecca (1871), Clara (1879), Dora (1882), Raschelle (1883), David (1888), Cilly, and Hannah.

Rebecca BUCUREŞTEANU married Henry BURNSTEIN, a fruit merchant from Romania, immigrated first to England, then Canada in 1901, and finally to the United States in 1902, settling first in New York and then Texas. They had children: Ray (1903), Mitchell (1905), Anna (1906), Sarah (1911), Mary (1912), Charles (1916), and Natalie (1918). Rebecca died in Dallas in 1940.


David Hechter	Clara (Bucuresteanu) Seltzer

Clara BUCUREŞTEANU married Isaac SELTZER, son of Marcus and Chave, in Waco, Texas, in 1902, then moved to Dallas and had children: Mitchell (1903), Katie (1904), Anna (1908), and Matilda (1912). Clara died in Dallas in 1936.
Dora BUCUREŞTEANU married Phillip MOSKOWITZ, a tailor, in Mile End Old Town, London, England, in 1902. They had a daughter, Minnie, and then immigrated to the United States in 1904. There they had three more children: Rose (1905), Louis (1908), and Arthur Victor (1914). Dora died in 1947.
David BUCUREŞTEANU, who also used the surname HECHTER (possibly his mother's maiden name), immigrated to the United States in 1904 and served in the U.S. Army during World War I. In 1933, he married Betty Liebowitz in Los Angeles and was later divorced. David died in Los Angeles in 1939.
Raschelle BUCUREŞTEANU married Heinrich PACH and had children: Arthur, Clara, and Leopold. Raschelle died in Romania in 1929.
Cilly BUCUREŞTEANU married Morris WEISSMAN.
