GINETSISKI (Гиничиский)

Beniamin Kivel GINETSISKI
(1822), son of Juda Leib KHAET and Esther Chana, married Zelda,
daughter of Gilel and had children: Leiba (1842), Shmuila (1848),
and Etka (1849). As a widow, he married widow Merka TURGEL (1834) from
Vilna, daughter of Shliomo, in Vilna in 1898. Kivel died in Vilna in
1907. Merka died in Vilna in 1914.
- Leiba GINETSISKI married Liba
Tsipa (1849), daughter of Khatskel, and had children: Aron Kivel, Pesya
(1863), Chaya (1865), Girsh (1866), Sara Bluma (1867), Wolf (1868),
Lipman (1871). After Liba Tsipa died in 1871, Leiba married Pera
(1858), daughter of Berko, and had
children: David (1878), Beniamin (1879), Shlema (1881), and Berko
(1886). After Pera died in Vilna in 1910, Leiba married widow Reiza
VIKER from Podberezsky, daughter of Peisach, in Vilna in 1912.
- Aron Kivel GINETSISKI married Chaia Dvora, daughter of
Girsha, was registered in Musninkai and had
children in Snipiskes: Gilka (1859), Freida (1864), Genach Falk
(1866), Feiga (1869), Libka (1870), Abram (1874), Daniel (1877).
- Gilka GINETSISKI marred Abel EPSHTEIN "ELSTEIN" from
Podberezhe, son of Mendel, in Vilnius in 1882. They had a daughter,
Zelda (1883), who immigrated to the United States and married Harry
KLEINMAN in Manhattan in 1915.
- Freida GINETSISKI married Gesel GURVICH from Vilna, son of
Movsha, in Vilna in 1885.
- Feiga
GINETSISKI married Bendet "Benjamin" SHAPIRO,
son of Jankel and Mina nee KAUFMAN, in
Vilna in
1894 and had children: Ida Dora (1895), Ette (1897), Zipe (1899), David
(1902), and, possibly, Minnie. Benjamin immigrated to the United States
in about 1904 with the rest of the family following in 1911. Fanny died
in 1923. In the early 1940s, Benjamin moved to Los Angeles, California,
where he died in 1944.
- Daniel GINETSISKI died as an infant in Vilna in 1879.
- Pesya GINETSISKI died as a child in Vilna in 1865.
- Chaya GINETSISKI died as a child in Vilna in 1867.
- Girsh GINETSISKI married Sara YOTISHSKI (1870), daughter of
Moshe, in Vilna in 1892.
- Libka GINETSISKI died as an infant in Vilna in 1871.
- Shmuel Aron GINETSISKI married Gnenda, daughter of Gershon, and
had children: Ilia (1875) and Lev (1878).
- Etka GINETSISKI married Chaim KUGEL from Minsk, son of Mikhoil,
in Vilnius in 1875.
